ACCESS TO THE SURGERIES
Disabled car parking
Although limited, there is provision for disabled car parking at both surgeries.
General parking
Although limited, the surgery can accommodate a small numbers of cars within our parking area. However, we politely ask that you observe the needs of our disabled patients.
Toilet for wheelchair users
There are wheelchair accessible toilets at both surgeries.
Induction Loop
The surgeries have been fitted with an induction loop.
Access without steps
Patients who are unable to use the stairs can be seen in a downstairs consulting room. Please ask our reception staff when making an appointment in order to make us aware of your needs. The surgery reception area and downstairs waiting room have easy access without steps.
Translation service
A translation service is available on request. However please inform the reception team if you require a translator at the point of booking your appointment to give the surgery time to organise this for your consultation. Please ask our reception staff for further information.

This accessibility statement applies to our practice websites and the domains associated with them. Our practice website is hosted by IONOS and has been designed and maintained in house by our IT lead GP and clerical team. We work closely with our web hosting company to enable as many people as possible to access and use our website.
- Change colours, contrasts and fonts.
- Zoom in without text splitting off the screen
- Navigate a majority of our desktop website with a mouse and/or keyboard and using touch screens on mobile devices or tablets.
- Navigate a majority of our websites using third party speech recognition software or listen to our websites using third party screen reader software.
We have also made the text within our website as simple as possible to understand and that where possible all PDF or word documents are up to date to ensure they are fully accessible to screen reading software.

We regularly review the accessibility of our practice websites but if you find any issues please contact us to discuss your concerns. We will respond to any queries you may have within 7 working days and work closely with our webhosting team to rectify any issues as soon as possible.
