Friends and Family Test

NHS England has introduced a new patient feedback questionnaire for all NHS care providers.

The NHS friends and family test (FFT) is an important opportunity for you to provide feedback on the services that provide your care and treatment. Your feedback will help NHS England to improve services for everyone.

We may also contact you after an appointment using our automated text messaging service (Accurx) to ask for your feedback.

We will collate the responses and publish them on our surgery notice boards and our website.
